WHAT CARE COSTS, UP FRONT
Programs & Pricing
Choosing childcare is hard when no one will tell you the price. We do it differently. Little Monkeys posts its rates openly, so you can see the full picture before you ever call: what we charge, what is included, and how billing works.
Ages and care options
Care is available three ways:
Full-time
A regular weekly schedule of 35 to 45 hours, billed at a set weekly rate.
Part-time
A lighter schedule under 35 hours, billed by the hour.
Before & after school
Care around the school day, including pickup from Walnut Hills Elementary.
Pricing
Rates are per child and depend on two things: how many children you enroll from your family, and your child’s stage. Enroll more than one child and the rate drops for each of them. The rate also lowers on its own at 24 months, and again at potty-training, so the youngest children have the highest rate and it steps down as they grow.
Full-time
| Potty-trained | Not yet potty-trained | Under 24 months | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 child | $150 / week | $160 / week | $170 / week |
| 2+ children — each | $130 / week | $140 / week | $150 / week |
Part-time
| Potty-trained | Not yet potty-trained | Under 24 months | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 child | $4.50 / hour | $4.75 / hour | $5.00 / hour |
| 2+ children — each | $4.00 / hour | $4.25 / hour | $4.50 / hour |
How to read the rates: find your row by the number of children you are enrolling, then your column by your child’s stage. That is the rate for each child.
What’s included
Every rate covers the full day, with the practical parts handled:
Meals and snacks
Breakfast, lunch, and a daily snack, served family-style — part of every day.
Daily outdoor time
A fenced backyard with play equipment, used whenever the weather allows.
Activities
Arts and crafts, holiday celebrations, and pajama days.
Before & after school
Care around the school day, with pickup from Walnut Hills Elementary.
Staying informed
A clear update on how your child’s day went, so you’re not left wondering.
How billing works
Billing is predictable and based on booked days:
- Your rate is billed on your child’s booked days, not on attendance.
- Fees include sick days, statutory holidays, and vacation as paid days, since they hold your child’s spot.
- There are no refunds or credits for absences, because the spot is reserved whether or not your child attends.
- Your rate lowers at 24 months and again at potty-training, so it keeps pace with your child.
Meals
Meals and snacks are part of every day, so there is one less thing to pack. Food is served family-style, with caregivers sitting and eating alongside the children. A typical day includes:
Our meals follow USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) standards through Vibrant Futures.
Infants, allergies, and feeding
Infant feeding
Infants are fed on demand or on your schedule, whichever fits your baby.
Bottles & breastfeeding
Bottles are always labeled and never propped, and breastfeeding is welcomed; nurse here or send milk, whichever you prefer.
Allergies & dietary needs
For food allergies and dietary needs, accommodations are coordinated with your child’s pediatrician so everyone works from the same plan.
