Information we collect

Everything we ask for comes from the contact form, and you decide what to send. Depending on your inquiry, that can include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Your inquiry type, so we know how to help.
• For tour and waitlist requests: how many children, their names and ages, potty-training status, full-time or part-time care, and a start date.
• Anything you add in the message box.

The form only asks what fits your inquiry. Pricing and general questions never ask for child details.

Like most websites, this one also records basic technical information when you visit, such as pages viewed, browser and device type, and security logs. Squarespace handles that.

How we use it

To answer you. That means replying to pricing and general questions, scheduling tours, understanding what care you need and when, following up on waitlist requests, and staying in touch about your child’s care.

We do not sell family information.

The contact form and email

The inquiry form is a standard Squarespace form. Submissions are saved in the website’s own form storage, and a copy goes to our business email so Angie can reply.

The Text Us buttons open that same form with the texting option already selected. The website does not send or receive text messages.

Please keep sensitive medical details off the form. If something about your child’s health matters for care, we will talk it through with you directly.

Children’s information and photos

This site is for parents and guardians. It is not built for children to use or to submit anything. Any child details we receive come from a parent or guardian as part of an inquiry.

We never publish identifiable photos of enrolled children without a family’s written permission. The photos here show the home, the spaces children spend their day in, and us, Angie and Mike.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs on Squarespace. It uses a small number of cookies to make pages work, and it may show us basic totals like page views.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking tools on this website.

Who else is involved

A few services keep the site running. Squarespace hosts it and processes form submissions. The map on our Contact page comes from Google Maps. The documents linked from Parent Resources open through Microsoft SharePoint, which processes the basic technical information needed to deliver a file, such as your browser, device, IP address, and access logs. Our business email runs on our own domain.

Some links here lead to outside websites and programs. Those have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Parent Resources

The documents listed there open in a new tab through Microsoft SharePoint. They are set to view only, so you can read them without signing in and without being able to change them. Opening one does not tell us who you are.

The Parent Handbook and the subscribe-by-calendar option are not available yet. When those go live we will link them there and update this page if anything about handling changes.

Keeping and deleting information

We hold on to inquiry information while we are replying to you and while an enrollment conversation is active.

You can ask us any time to correct or delete something you sent through this site.
